Although all exercised at the same rate, men benefited more than women. Their muscles grew stronger, their strength improved, and lost more weight than women.

The researchers argue that the observations strongly suggest that men and women respond differently to exercise. The reason this happens is because men are naturally more muscle than women.

The muscles have a higher metabolic rate than fat and is the reason that men make more cremations at rest.

On the other hand women seem to need to add and diet in their program combined with exercise if you want to preserve the line or alternatively trying to exercise at 20% more than men or longer.
